A -Players keep showing up and doing the work.
A-Players love the ‘Suck.’

You can read books; you can have theories, opinions and tell everyone how its supposed to be done. What drives goals though is showing up and doing the work. Day in – day out. You show up. Do the work. Show up. Do the work. That’s the secret. The secret is it sucks, it gets boring, you get frustrated, you want to quit – but you don’t. You just keep showing up. Some days feel like magic, some days you just get through. Everyone working towards a goal, or those who have set out to achieve a goal, knows this. It’s not what you see on Facebook or Instagram. Someone else doesn’t have the ‘secret trick’. All goals come with a certain amount of suck and you just learn to love the suck. Yes, ‘Love The Suck.’

Heard. Watched. Read.

If you keep letting what other people think drive your decisions, you’ll always wonder who you are. You finally find our who you are when you let go of what and who no longer serve you. – Mastin Kipp.
