My writing started as a One Page email I send to my team and friends every Saturday. This ‘One Pager’ included information about the technical side of our business, what projects we have coming up, announcements, but also touches on something on my mind. The general idea of being happy right where you are at, living with gratitude, pushing through discomfort, but always in a state of the pursuit of learning, growing, and never settling. A few friends mentioned that some of what I was saying connected with them and it grew into this blog. My wish is you can pull something from here, just a little bit of something that will make a positive difference in your life.

My main work also includes being the founder, owner, and operator of a small niche company, Dancer Concrete Design in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
