Being resourceful is coming up with clever ways to overcome a challenge, reaching further towards a goal with what you have at that moment. It’s about moving forward in less than ideal conditions. It’s using creative power – the fun of adventure to come up with a plan – when you have no other choice.
Have fun with it. You might forget something, someone might let you down, or your first plan of action is no longer an option. Life hits. You adjust, adapt, use what you have, and keep moving forward.
It’s also about using only what you need. If two steps will get the job done – there is no need to do four. Being resourceful is also about balancing the effort in for the result out.

- “This is the true joy in life, being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one. Being a force of nature instead of a feverish, selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy. I want to be thoroughly used up when I die, for the harder I work, the more I live.” – George Bernard Shaw
- “Perception is unique to every one of us. There are no two people who perceive the same way, as our perception is always a result of who we are. We are shaped by our upbringing, our background, our family, where we were born, our culture, religion, education, and what we have experienced; it all influences our perception.” Perception by Peter Bremer
